Information for oral presenters

The Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) is located on level 2 in room Nairobi and is signposted accordingly.

All lecture rooms will be equipped with a computer and a data projector (beamer) for PowerPoint presentations. Presentations must be handed in via USB memory stick, CD-Rom, DVD or via your own laptop at the SSC before the lecture.

It is essential for a smooth running of the congress that all speakers hand in their PowerPoint presentations at least two hours before the beginning of the session. Speakers will have the opportunity to check their presentations on PCs available in the SSC.

Disclosure of conflict of interest (e.g. grant support, consultancy, membership on advisory councils, speaker's bureau) and source of funding is mandatory. Each listed author should prepare a one sentence statement to this effect, which must be shown on slide 2 in their PowerPoint presentation.
